Refund policy

REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

At CalmMoney, we sell digital products (including spreadsheet templates and downloadable files) that are delivered electronically. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except where required by law.

No refunds after access

Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, we cannot “take it back,” and therefore refunds and exchanges are not available.

When we will help (and may issue a refund or replacement)

If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it:

• You did not receive your download/access after purchase (we will re-send access).

• The file is defective or corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, troubleshooting support, or—if we cannot reasonably fix the issue—an exception refund.

Before you purchase

Please review the product description and requirements carefully. Our templates require compatible software (e.g., Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel as stated on the product page). We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by unsupported software versions, device limitations, or user error.
